Dawn is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with over 14 years experience in Ophthalmology. She has been with the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center for nearly 10 years, serving as one of our key Cosmetic Consultants. Dawn has extensive experience and training in tissue fillers, Botox Cosmetic, and the various Obagi Skin Care Programs available. Dawn’s other duties include ophthalmic and surgical assisting, as well as preoperative counseling for patients.

Melissa is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant bringing over 8 years of ophthalmology experience with her to our practice. Melissa has also been a Cosmetic Consultant for the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center for the last 6 years. She has extensive experience with Botox Cosmetic, dermal tissue fillers, as well as the various Obagi Skin Care Systems. Additionally, Melissa is one of our surgical scrub technicians as well. |

Norma was born in San Diego, California. Upon her husband retiring from the U.S. Navy, they have chosen Arizona to call home and plant their family roots. Norma has extensive experience and has been in the ophthalmology field since 2000. She joined the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center team in 2009. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new places with her husband and children.

Stephanie has worked in ophthalmology and cosmetic surgery since 1990. She has been with the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center for 10 years. In addition to her cosmetic consulting duties, Stephanie is a certified ophthalmic assistant, certified permanent cosmetic professional and surgical scrub technician. She is a member of the following associations: Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, Permanent Makeup Society of Arizona, American Academy of Micropigmentation and JCAHPO. Stephanie enjoys going to the sand dunes, camping, swimming and, most importantly, spending time with her husband and children.

Kate has extensive experience in both the medical and optical portions of the eye care field……30 years of experience! She has obtained numerous certifications including that of Certified Ophthalmic Assistant, Dispensing Optician, and Optometric Technician. Kate joined the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center in 2006 as an ophthalmic technician, and then one year later was promoted to Optical Manager for Just For Eyes Optical Boutique.

Sherrie is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with over 34 years in Ophthalmology. She has extensive expertise in laser refractive surgery, and one of her many strengths is manual refractometry. Although she started her career in Cleveland, Ohio, Sherrie moved to Phoenix in 1994. Since joining our Practice, Sherrie has become well-versed in many aspects of cosmetic surgeries and services. Sherrie is very committed to spending quality time with her family and friends.

Stacy began her ophthalmic career in 1992 working as an ophthalmic assistant. She has vast experience in many different facets of Ophthalmology including refractive, cataract, general Ophthalmology and Optometry. In her spare time Stacy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as volunteering with the CASA Program of Arizona.

Kimberly started her eyecare career as an ophthalmic assistant in 2009 and has specialized in retina, assisting with retinal evaluations, intra-vitreal injections for macular degeneration, fluorescein angiography and OCT macular scans. Having moved to Phoenix in 1976 from Nevada, Kimberly is proud of her husband and five children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys life!

Kristy was born and raised in Arizona and began her ophthalmology career in 2007. Kristy’s areas of expertise are in retina, inflammatory diseases, glaucoma, cataracts and cornea. She is currently in a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant program. In her spare time, Kristy enjoys running, hiking and watching football. She is very family-oriented and enjoys the Arizona heat!
