Roxanne is a Registered Nurse with 23 years of experience in the healthcare field. Since joining our Practice in 2006, Roxanne has been our Director of Nursing. As a result of her dedication to acquiring the latest expertise in non-surgical laser treatment as well as medical grade skin care, Roxanne has obtained unique high level certifications including the following: Certified Aesthetic Laser Nurse, Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer, and Certified OGAGI Skin Care and Blue Peel Specialist. When not providing direct clinical patient care, Roxanne functions as well as the Director of our Arizona state-licensed, Medicare-certified, and AAAHC-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center located in our Sun City West medical building.

Donna is a Registered Nurse and currently holds an active license in Arizona. She is CPR and ACLS certified. She began working at Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center in June of 2004. Before moving to Arizona, Donna held licenses in both Kansas and Missouri. Donna’s years in the medical field have encompassed a number of specialties which include working in Urgent Care, Family Practice, Endocrinology, OB/GYN, and IV therapy for the field of Rheumatology. Donna plays an integral role in maintaining quality assurance for the ongoing accreditation of our fully certified ambulatory surgery center, as well as clinical consulting with patients.

Michelle is an Arizona native who grew up in Peoria. She graduated from Glendale Community College in 2010 with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing and is now a Registered Nurse (R.N.). Michelle is a proud Army wife and mother of two children. She will soon be attending Grand Canyon University in the RN-BSN program. When not working diligently at the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center, Michelle enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Ann is a Registered Nurse, originally from Iowa and has lived in Arizona since 1987.  Ann has worked in ICU/CCU and Cardiac Catheterization for over 20 years. We are pleased that Ann joined us one year ago to help serve our patients in our Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Registered Nurse

Schannon is a Registered Nurse with experience in Labor and Delivery, Telemetry/CCU and most recently Camp Nursing. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama through the RN to BSN program while living in Pensacola, Florida. Over the past 10 years, Schannon has been a Health Care Advocate, an active volunteer for her children’s elementary schools and a Girl Scout troop leader. Last year she completed an intense RN refresher course at Gateway Community College and a clinical rotation at Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix. In her free time, she loves to play competitive tennis, hike, run and travel with her husband and two daughters. Schannon hopes to inspire others with her passion for health and wellness.
