Director of Nursing

Roxanne is a registered nurse with 22 years of experience in the healthcare field. She joined the practice in 2006 as both a Cosmetic Consultant as well as the Director of Nursing for our Arizona state-licensed, Medicare-certified, and AAAHC-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center located in our Sun City West medical building. Roxanne’s past medical experience includes intensive care, emergency room, cardiac care nursing and various other positions in the hospital setting.

Assistant Director of Nursing

Donna is a Registered Nurse and currently holds an active license in Arizona. She is CPR and ACLS certified. She began working at Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center in June of 2004. Before moving to Arizona, Donna held licenses in both Kansas and Missouri. Donna’s years in the medical field have encompassed a number of specialties which include working in Urgent Care, Family Practice, Endocrinology, OB/GYN, and IV therapy for the field of Rheumatology. Donna plays an integral role in maintaining quality assurance for the ongoing accreditation of our fully certified ambulatory surgery center, as well as clinical consulting with patients.

Registered Nurse

Ann is a Registered Nurse, originally from Iowa and has lived in Arizona since 1987.  Ann has worked in ICU/CCU and Cardiac Catheterization for over 20 years. We are pleased that Ann joined us one year ago to help serve our patients in our Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Julia S., C.R.O.N., C.O.M.T.
Certified Registered Ophthalmic Nurse
Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist

Julia is an Arizona native who has been in nursing since 1989 and working in ophthalmology since 1990. Julia has multiple certifications, some of which include her being in a unique group of certified registered ophthalmic nurses, as well as a certified ophthalmic medical technologist. In her twenty years of ophthalmology experience, Julia is also a registered ophthalmology operating room nurse, and she was Director of Nursing for another large facility. Most recently, Julia traveled the southwest region of the United States for eight years training surgeons and nurses on usage of the excimer laser for refractive surgery.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Sally brings to our office 28 years of experience in the medical field. She enjoys many hobbies which include crafts and gardening, and she just recently began playing golf. An avid traveler, Sally additionally belongs to the Altrusa International Northwest Valley Better Business Woman, reads for Headstart, and works at the Habitat Westside Food Bank as well as volunteering in a local shelter for domestic violence.
