Dawn is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with over 14 years experience in Ophthalmology. She has been with the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center for nearly 10 years, serving as one of our key Cosmetic Consultants. Dawn has extensive experience and training in tissue fillers, Botox Cosmetic, and the various Obagi Skin Care Programs available. Dawn’s other duties include ophthalmic and surgical assisting, as well as preoperative counseling for patients.

Melissa is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant bringing over 8 years of ophthalmology experience with her to our practice. Melissa has also been a Cosmetic Consultant for the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center for the last 6 years. She has extensive experience with Botox Cosmetic, dermal tissue fillers, as well as the various Obagi Skin Care Systems. Additionally, Melissa is one of our surgical scrub technicians as well.

Stephanie has worked in ophthalmology and cosmetic surgery since 1990. She has been with the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center for 10 years. In addition to her cosmetic consulting duties, Stephanie is a certified ophthalmic assistant, certified permanent cosmetic professional and surgical scrub technician. She is a member of the following associations: Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, Permanent Makeup Society of Arizona, American Academy of Micropigmentation and JCAHPO. Stephanie enjoys going to the sand dunes, camping, swimming and, most importantly, spending time with her husband and children.

Roxanne is a Registered Nurse with 23 years of experience in the healthcare field. Since joining our Practice in 2006, Roxanne has been our Director of Nursing. As a result of her dedication to acquiring the latest expertise in non-surgical laser treatment as well as medical grade skin care, Roxanne has obtained unique high level certifications including the following: Certified Aesthetic Laser Nurse, Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer, and Certified OGAGI Skin Care and Blue Peel Specialist. When not providing direct clinical patient care, Roxanne functions as well as the Director of our Arizona state-licensed, Medicare-certified, and AAAHC-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center located in our Sun City West medical building.

Michelle is an Arizona native who grew up in Peoria. She graduated from Glendale Community College in 2010 with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing and is now a Registered Nurse (R.N.). Michelle is a proud Army wife and mother of two children. She will soon be attending Grand Canyon University in the RN-BSN program. When not working diligently at the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center, Michelle enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Norma was born in San Diego, California. Upon her husband retiring from the U.S. Navy, they have chosen Arizona to call home and plant their family roots. Norma has extensive experience and has been in the ophthalmology field since 2000. She joined the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center team in 2009. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new places with her husband and children.

Sherrie is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with over 34 years in Ophthalmology. She has extensive expertise in laser refractive surgery, and one of her many strengths is manual refractometry. Although she started her career in Cleveland, Ohio, Sherrie moved to Phoenix in 1994. Since joining our Practice, Sherrie has become well-versed in many aspects of cosmetic surgeries and services. Sherrie is very committed to spending quality time with her family and friends.
