Founder and Medical Director Board Certified Eye Physician and Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Justo was born in Havana, Cuba, and is proud to be fluent in Spanish. He was raised outside the Chicago area from the age of three. Dr. Justo is married with two sons and loves spending time with his cherished family. Eye Physician Dr. Coulson is a Phoenix native and graduated with his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. He attended optometry school near Portland, OR and enjoyed the wide variety of outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest had to offer. Dr. Coulson returned to Arizona by realizing that family, friends and playing in the sun were paramount in his life.	David M. Coulson, O.D.

Practice Administrator Hersh has worked in the Medical Management field in Arizona since 1983 and is a member of the Arizona Medical Group Management Association. He has extensive background in the field of Laboratory Medicine and is registered with the American Society of Pathology as an MT (ASCP). He is also retired from the Air Force. Hersh received his BS from the University of Arizona and his MBA from the University of Colorado. He is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, painting, camping, and golf. Administrative Assistant Contract Coordinator Billing Coordinator Roxanne was born and raised in Westchester County, New York moving to Arizona in 1974. She has worked in the medical file for over 15 years. Roxanne is married with six children and three grandchildren. Back Office Supervisor Cosmetic Consultant Certified Ophthalmic Assistant Sherry has been with the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center since 1997. Billing Supervisor Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Kathy is an almost-native since she moved to Arizona over 30 years ago. She has worked in the medical and billing field for over 20 years, including over 13 in the ophthalmology field. Kathy enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.
