For some individuals the chin may be as important to overall facial aesthetics as the eyes. In men, a strong chin is a very important contribution to a masculine appearance. Today, however, many women want a more well-defined chin as this helps accentuate a person's neck and jawline. In fact, there are many women who simply have chin augmentation (with or without neck liposuction) and may create almost a similar post-operative appearance to a neck lift. Chin augmentation certainly helps create a more balanced profile to certain faces, which in turn helps improve the contour of the neck.

Although a procedure which takes less than one hour, Dr. Emilio Justo performs chin augmentation under intravenous sedation administered by his anesthetist in our fully accredited ambulatory surgery center located in our Sun City West medical office building.
