During your initial consultation, we can discuss whether you would benefit from a chin implant and whether it should be combined with any other procedure, such as either neck liposuction or a face/neck lift. Additionally, you will be shown before and after photos of real patients of Dr. Justo to demonstrate the natural-looking and rejuvenated post-operative appearance that patients enjoy!

THE SURGERY

To insert a chin implant, a small incision is made just under your chin. The implant is slipped into place and the skin incision is then closed. Although a procedure which takes less than one hour, Dr. Emilio Justo performs chin augmentation under intravenous sedation administered by his anesthetist in his fully accredited and licensed ambulatory surgery center located in his Sun City West medical office building.

You will be able to go home typically within one hour after the procedure is completed. This surgery can be easily combined with most other facial surgeries such as eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), face/neck lift, endoscopic brow lift, and/or laser resurfacing.
